Refund Policy

Our policy on refunds, cancellations, and project terminations.

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by MARKSEASY PREPARATION PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U80903RJ2020PTC072724). Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. General Principle

MARKSEASY provides professional services that involve significant time, expertise, and resources. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties, recognising that once work has commenced, those resources cannot be recovered.

2. Pre-Commencement Cancellation

If you cancel a project before work has commenced (i.e., before the project kickoff meeting and before any deliverables have been started), you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid, minus a 5% administrative fee to cover payment processing costs. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to support@markseasy.com.

3. Post-Commencement Cancellation

Once work has commenced, refunds are calculated based on the work completed at the time of cancellation:

  • If less than 25% of the agreed scope has been completed, 50% of the deposit may be refunded
  • If 25% to 50% of the agreed scope has been completed, no refund of the deposit is available, but no further payments are due
  • If more than 50% of the agreed scope has been completed, the client is liable for payment of all work completed to date, which may exceed the deposit paid

In all cases of post-commencement cancellation, MARKSEASY will deliver all completed work to the client upon settlement of any outstanding amounts.

4. Disputes About Deliverables

If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable, you must raise the issue in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you in good faith to address any legitimate concerns within the agreed scope. Dissatisfaction with deliverables does not entitle the client to withhold payment for work completed in accordance with the agreed scope.

5. Post-Launch Warranty

All development projects include a 30-day post-launch warranty period. During this period, we will fix any bugs or defects in the delivered work at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover new feature requests, changes to the agreed scope, or issues caused by third-party services or the client's own modifications.

6. Monthly Service Cancellation

For ongoing monthly services (such as maintenance or ASO packages), you may cancel at any time with 14 days' written notice. You will be billed for the current month's service in full. No refunds are provided for partial months.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 10 business days.
